offers an easy-to-use convenient online shopping experience for Canadian
and US customers. All prices presented throughout our online store are
in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Important: For US customers, your
order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once
your package reaches its US destination. Spirit Spa does not collect duties
and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more
information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your
local customs office.

CANADIAN
ORDERS
Canadian orders automatically include all applicable Federal and Provincial
taxes. No duties are charged on shipments within Canada.
U.S. ORDERS
Spirit Spa will not charge tax on orders from the U.S. or duty on U.S. orders
under USD$200. However, if you are ordering from outside Canada, please
be aware that additional duties and/or taxes for which you will be responsible,
may be charged by other parties.

that at this time we cannot accept checks, gift certificates or money orders
as payment in the Online Shop.
Return
and Exchange Policy:
If you are
not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days
and we will refund your purchase if it complies with our Terms & Conditions
(see below)
Terms
and Conditions for Returned Merchandise:
30 days:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 calendar days after the order
is placed.
Proper
Documentation
Your invoice
and a completed Return Form must accompany your returned item(s) in order
for Spirit Spa to process your refund.
Good Condition:
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused
condition before they can be accepted for a refund.
Non-returnable
Items:
Spirit does not offer a return for discount items or gift certificate purchases.
HOW TO
RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE
Please fill
out the Return Form enclosed in your Spirit Spa package and mail the completed
form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address
on the form. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping
and handling costs when effecting a return.
If you wish
to exchange your purchase, please follow the above return procedures and
place a new order for the correct product.
Once we determine
that the returned merchandise complies with our Terms & Conditions,
we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable
taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the credit card you used to
make the purchase.
