Senior Esthetician

Spirit Spa is currently looking for a detail oriented, educated, and enthusiastic Senior Esthetician who shares our drive for creating exceptional guest experiences. Our Senior Estheticians are focused on skin care services and perform facials and body treatments, in addition to manicure, pedicure, and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Performing all manicure and pedicure services to Spirit Spa standards and protocols.
• Comfortable offering Facial waxing, body waxing, lash and brow tinting services.
• Provide confident skin analysis/consultation and offer facial services for clients.
• Perform body treatments.
• Offer product suggestions to compliment all spa services and achieve retails sales goals.
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace adhering to our COVID 19 protocols.
• Keeping notes on client files organized and up to date.

• Maintaining professional relationships with guests to facilitate building a clientele.

• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of work experience as an Esthetician and interest in work as a team leader.
• Must possess a valid Esthetician license with the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia
• Advanced training in esthetics and continuing education certifications.
• Experience with recommending appropriate home care after professional services.

• Loves working with others in a fast-paced team environment.

Registered Massage Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, a strong commitment to client care, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Offer professional recommendations for treatment plans and home-care.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed RMT in Nova Scotia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Training in additional modalities (i.e hot stone, prenatal massage, etc.) is an asset.
• Customer service experience is an asset
